ETI Managed Business Internetworking Service includes Internetwork design, implementation and ongoing management: Telco and CPE Management:

		Telco Leased line feed - provisioning, implementation and testing
		TCP/IP connectivity & routing - full router programming for all sites, so you can plug & go.
		Full Management & Monitoring Service - from our Network Operations Center (NOC) up to customer router 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
		24 x 7 x 365 days E-mail Technical Support
		24 x 7 x 365 days Telephone Technical Support - All MBIS customers are also provided with a cell number of their Assigned Engineer, so you can get in touch with them at any hour of the day
		Equipment Management - Full management of equipment at each location, including setup, programming, trouble-shooting, and ongoing management.

Internet Access Service:

		Tier 1 Service - with ETI, customers are one hop from a Tier 1 connection. That means, faster routing of packets to the Global Net and Peer Points. Better performance with low or no latency due to decreased number of hops.
		Network Redundancy - with ETI, customers receive full IP routing redundancy due to a triple multi-home in disparate facilities built into the ETI Network. Our backhauls are further backed up by implementing multiple vendors so our customers are guaranteed diverse paths for their traffic. IP routing from the ETI network is assured by this unique design that was a first in the industry in the early 1990s.
		Full Internet Access Services - Full access services to the Global Internet [please specify what if any services are to be disabled in order to limit the access for your users if desired].
		Domain Name registration - Unique Domain name for your site. We will process all the paperwork for Domain registration, submission and upon approval the programming, addition to various DNS tables and the distribution of that address to other primary DNS servers on the Internet.
		Internet Number Assignment - permanent, unique Class C Internet address(es) assigned to your network to be set up in any manner you need. Whether it's as a NAT pool, or a DHCP pool or a Static assignment setup. We'll do all the work and manage the setup.
		E-mail routing - full E-mail routing gives you the option of maintaining your own in-house E-mail server. We will route all email traffic to your domain.com or to your network, which can be setup on your email server. In addition ETI servers can also deliver mail using ETRN or UUCP so your email is always protected even if your connection is down.
		Primary & Secondary Domain Name Service - not only do we provide Primary Name Service but we also include Secondary Name Service. Now customers don't need to point their DNS to other networks for reliable DNS services, as you will always have a backup with ETI.
		Co-location and Dedicated Host Service - Customers have the option to locate their equipment in the ETI NOC which enables 24/7/365 remote eyes, remote hands availability and full back up services. Additional options include using ETI equipment as Dedicated to Customer's needs and applications that include full management and 5-hour replacement guarantee as well as a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
